    In order for these tips to actually work, you need a much stiffer frosting. A cream cheese frosting might be too thin, unless you put in a lot more confectioner’s sugar to stiffen it up. To pipe flowers, you definitely need to make a straight up buttercream with just sugar and butter, no liquid.
