DSC_4231-2I live to eat… dessert. And yes, lots of veggies and a good steak every so often, but a girl’s gotta prioritize, right?

I started baking in my toaster oven in my studio apartment in college… and have never stopped. I think baking skills are a function of experience and creativity, so this blog is here for me to share all that I’ve learned from my many, many mistakes (mixing order matters!). To me, baking is about enjoying the process, creating something delicious, and sharing the joy of baked goods with others.

Things I do when baking:

  1. Estimate ingredients like an alien
  2. Spill cocoa powder everywhere
  3. Mess up
  4. Try again!
